Matthew Delaney is a dedicated and results-driven professional currently serving as a PMO Manager at the American Welding Society. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from SUNY Fredonia, where he honed his leadership skills by taking active roles in various student organizations.
His early experiences highlighted the importance of clear organizational structures and well-defined by-laws, insights he has since applied to help multiple organizations restructure their leadership frameworks for improved operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Matt has been a strong advocate for process improvement, leading initiatives that have elevated the performance and operational standards of the organizations he’s worked with. His expertise in driving efficiency has positioned him as a valuable asset in creating more streamlined, effective teams and processes.
Matt was introduced to Dawn and The For Paul Foundation through his involvement with the 501st Legion. After just a few conversations he became an active volunteer for the foundation. His passion for the mission of the organization, combined with his professional experience, has fueled his commitment to supporting the foundation's growth. In his role as Executive Director, Matt is focused on helping The For Paul Foundation thrive by ensuring it operates with the most effective structure and processes in place.
